I'm raising money for a hospital in Edinburgh that helps sick kids.

I'm going to be taking part in a 24 gaming session in Oct to help as part of the https://sickkidssavepoint.com/about/ event they run every year.

They have raised over 60k over the years to make a diffrence.

A question about : water charities

Hi can anyone advise me which water for developing countries charity is the best to donate to please?

I've been nominated to do the ice bucket challenge which I think is absolutely ridiculous, so out of protest for the water wastage that is going on, I am instead donating to a water charity

Has anyone seen I list of what schemes different employers have for staff? Eg some give a days leave, some give a financial contribution.

A question about : Toiletries donations

Are there any charities out there that take donations of toiletries?

I'm not sure if I'm making this up, but I seem to remember them doing something like this at the end of the uni year back when I was in uni. They used to ask us if we would donate any bottles of shampoo, shower gel, etc. to local shelters (homeless, 'safe houses' for women, etc.) They could even be open bottles.
