Car mechanic help spark plugs

A question about : Car mechanic help spark plugs

Hi wanting to change my own spark plugs in a mazda 2 1.5 2007 (new shape) car.
can anyone tell me what needs to be removed and how, dont want to strip off more than is required.
so any mazda mechanics out please help much appreciated.
