A question about : buying my first house help?
My sale of my 1st house has took longer than anticpated.
As i handnt seen the house since placing the offer(asking price) in October, was advised by my solicitor to have another viewing to make sure everything was the same as when i made the offer.
Notice that one window pane had misted up and needs replacing.
Asked then vendors to replace or share the cost .they are refusing to do either of these remidies. do i have any rights?, for at least shareing the cost of window replacement.
thanks
clem

- It won't cost much to get the glass replaced. Come on, they've waited all this time. Are you prepared to walk away over this? If not just get on with it would be my advice.
- Bset thing you can do is walk away.
re-register with some EAs and start looking for a property with clear windows.
