A question about : BT Broadband problems
i need some advice and help anybody????
we have been with bt since december 2014 and have had really rubbish service from them my broadband constantly cuts out and takes ages to load if we want to watch films on demand and my you view box aswell, i have spoken to bt and they first sent out another router but this didnt help i have had numerous calls to an indian call centre and they dont listen and just want to get me of the phone by saying technical help will call back twice this has happen and when i call i explain the problem and that they are not providing the service they said they would and if i want to cancel it will cost Ј350.00 surely this cant be right, i have also contacted ombudsman to see if they can help but i want a provider which actually bloody works........pls help feeling very defalted over this

- having exactly the same problem, we did manage to get a call from someone in the uk after finding the watchdog email set up to contact BT with. still not sorted though
