Has anyone heard of/doing/done this?

Tried to search for some reviews, but I couldn't find any

They're having a Christmas sale atm and are charging $29.99 for a 6 week program. Been going to a bootcamp for the last month and started following health/fitness accounts on Instagram, which is where I saw this.

Anyone help? It looks ligit, but you cant always tell!

• Yes, but the website says it's for worldwide use. The program is emailed to you, you get access to their members forums/smartphone app etc. There are reviews from people in Europe as well as the USA. I've purchased e-books before in dollars.

  Looks a very intensive programme. I suppose the only question you have to ask is are you the sort of person who can maintain a commitment to a programme involving all aspects. Have you proven to yourself that you have the personal discipline to make it work.
