A question about : Banks that reimbursed and will do so in the future

Hi

Can anybody help me? After being caught out in the volcanic ash cloud and having extreme problems with BMIbaby and my travel insurance company not paying out either, I am now looking at taking out a bank account with benefits that might cover me if this sort of incident ever happened again. Can anybody inform me which were the best bank accounts that paid out during this difficult time and which would continue to do so in the future. I do know that HSBC were very good as they did not query my son's claim.
