BANK Fashion gone into administration

A question about : BANK Fashion gone into administration

Hi all,

Sadly Bank is the most recent retailer to go into administration, at the cost of up to 1500 jobs. They now have a sale on their website with loads of reductions up to 70% off.

The only thing to bear in mind is that you may not be able to return or exchange your purchases, although nothing is mentioned on their website as yet.

• That's a real shame, esp for the people who will lose their jobs!

• They've had a sale for weeks, and a number of items are more expensive than before Xmas on there now.
• I thought this was strange as they were owned by JD Sports, but just read JD sold Bank last November as it wasn't making money. Not really a surprise then. Will have to go in store and check out sales in a few weeks once they try harder to shift stuff, was a great sale in the last week or two before Republic died.

• You may have heard that Bank Fashion are in liquidation, this has meant some impressive discounts.
  A couple of days ago the sale was branded as a "liquidation sale" however it looks like they've backtracked that an reverted to calling it an "up to 70% Off Sale."
  Regardless, today they've added an extra 20% Off Sale items which is automatically applied at the checkout.
  Coupled with a 10% discount on the new line and "all stock must go" banners, I imagine prices could fall even further.
