A question about : Argos clearance now available again

Just checked and you can now search your local Stores again for any clearance offers (has been unavailable for a while).
Can't see many bargains at my local store but depends what you are after.

Worth checking back regularly for the after xmas deals

Stock is VERY limited - once it's gone, it's gone. Bargains I found on Wed 31 Dec include a TomTom Start sat nav for Ј79.99 (was Ј199.99), a BaByliss hair dryer for Ј19.99 (was Ј49.99) and a Vax vaccuum cleaner for Ј74.99 (was Ј179.99).

  • Thanks just had a quick wade through the offers at my local store. Lots of toys and jewellery, less so homewares and technology. Almost tempted by a new set of house phones but reined myself in! Will, like you suggest, check back after Xmas when there may be some better deals.
  • The search by store never works for me, always get a browser error. Are you using a desktop (I'm using my phone)?

  • Doesn't work on my phone, just tried on a desktop and when the page changes it seems to change to a different store! I've been all over the country in the last 10 minutes!

    Perhaps you can post the link or item number in case it is not just in your local store. As people on here may be interested in buying one too.
  • Make sure you take proof (email) of the price of the item youve reserved as some prices are different in store or have changed since reservation. I reserved a fragrance last night at Ј6.99 and went to collect it today and was told it was Ј19.99. I was prepared for this as I had tried to reserve a second one this morning and saw the price had changed. There was no problem overriding the price after I had shown proof.
