A question about : Anyone else miss a payment due to 'upgrading system'?
Or however you would like to put it?!
I've only just managed to find out why I didn't receive anything in September.Apparently, with the change to the system where parents are now charged,there were a few cases where the system decided not to bother with September leaving 'a few' of us with no payment. Although,I'm surprised there are ' a few' when they had no idea what happened to mine and only started looking last week after I made a formal complaint after being brushed off!
They have said they'll ask ex if he will pay it now,if not it'll be added to arrears at the next review (currently accumulated Ј168 arrears) and spread out over next year. Helpful.
Anyone else had this problem?
