A question about : Any one know best way to contact Ryanair?

Hi.

Has anyone managed to get any USEFUL contacts for Ryanair regarding the volcano ash episode?

We sent our response via their link in the email they sent, but that was end of June/start of July-ish.

They said expect to wait 28 days, then it was 12 weeks i think, but still nothing.

We havent received any correspondence since we filled out the weblink and sent off our receipts and cant contact them via their telephone number?

Any advice??
