  • I don't use them myself, but from the fool (at the end of the page):
"Several companies offer account aggregation, often called "My Accounts", including Blue Yonder, Citibank, Egg Money Manager, First Direct, Moneynet, Moneysupermarket, Supanet, Telegraph, ThisIsMoney and Yahoo. Some even allow you to add reward and loyalty cards, utility companies, even offline assets, such as your estimate of the equity in your home!"
  • I use the one from First Direct, but some people here have expressed concerns about the information First Direct gathers when you use this service.
  • Putting "account aggregation" into Google gives some interesting hits. Including some warnings from the FSA.
I use Egg and it's, um, OK ... but not sure what you're looking for debeast
  • Thanks for the info people
I'm pretty IT savvy so i know whats hot and whats not via the security side of things.
What i'm looking for i guess is an Account Aggregation service that has the following features:
  • Offline storage of personal/account info
  • All of my Banks/B-Socs on
  • The ability to manipulate funds
  • More than just an overview of my balances
  • I'll prob think of more later
    Anyone else? Thanks

  • This has been recommended by others, although I use Egg myself.
  • That looks quite cool
Shame the demo doesn't work looks like i'll have to register to find out! ;D
Thanks ppl The more functionality the better 8)

  • What's your problem with Egg?
It ticks all the boxes you mentioned.
  • With offline storage of security info (as specified) there IS no risk of hacking into the aggregation service.
The only risk is if your PC is stolen or an intruder logs onto the aggregation service from your PC - both fairly unlikely IMHO.
In any case, if your PC was stolen you could close all your online bank accounts asap - not a nice thing to have to do, though.
