A question about : Accidentally bought tickets twice
My husband bought 2 tickets to go to a convention. He forgot he had bought them and then bought 2 tickets again.
He bought them with the same credit card but they were bought a few months apart.
The company say that the financial transaction has taken place so therefore he cannot get a refund.
They were bought with the same credit card. Is he able to get a refund even though the company say no? (No tickets are posted as you have to print off the scannable coded).
Best answers:
- what are the T&Cs on the tickets?
If the company have said no I assume they are non-refundable
Are you allowed to sell them on? - If you mean can he get a refund through his credit card, then I would say no as you can only do this if for example the convention was not going ahead, but the company could not/would not refund.
Have a look at the convention T&Cs as could well say something about non-refundable tickets.
Can you not try to sell them on?
