A question about : 30 Day Challenge Apps
I downloaded the 30 Day Ab, Push Up, and Squat Challenges to my iPad (for free! very MSE!) and I am currently on Day 5.
Has anybody started any of these challenges, or has anybody completed them? What are your thoughts on them?
I, for one, can't go up stairs at the moment!
Best answers:
- Squat one was too easy so I started putting some of them as squat jumps.
Remember to do cobra stretches after ab work or you'll hurt the next day!
In fact, always remember to warm up before and stretch after workout
