A question about : 14 day Cooling Off

I paid crown currency Ј2,200 on 27th September, does anybody know if the 14 day cooling off rule applies which means we are within our legal rights to cancel the contract with crown?

Best answers:

  • Sadly there is no trading company to cancel it with. Any cooling off period would mean the company give you the money back.
  • Things like foreign currency, which will fluctuate, are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations. Else everybody would be cancelling every time the currency moved.
