Shared care

A question about : Shared care

Hi

Quick question if I may.

What would/ should happen in the following situation:

A NRP situation changes when one of their children comes and lives with them as the child was asked to leave the home of the PWC. (The other child is to remain living with the PWC.)

Up untill now, the PWC claims child benefit for both children and the NRP has been paying the maintenance as agreed.

The NRP will be claiming child benefit for the child now living with them.

CSA arrears

A question about : CSA arrears

Can anyone help I have recently been contacted by the CSA who are after arrears even though the dates are when my child went on to further education. Which she didn't
I was on DDE but the child did not go on to further education. I have told them but they say I need to inform the benefits agency.
Shouldn't this be investigated by them because they want 4k from me yet my child was not in further education
My case was closed in 2011 yet I have this burden of 4k or goods will be taken if I don't pay ???

CSA & Step Children

A question about : CSA & Step Children

Hello.

So long story short, my ex-partner has never paid a penny for our daughter and will go to extreme lengths to avoid doing so(!) he has a nine year old who he has never missed a payment for! It's been with the CSA for the last few years, who state that unless he tells them what he's doing there's nothing they can do (hundreds of phone calls, screaming, shouting achieved this answertitle=EEK!)

CSA if ex takes Additional Paternity Leave APL

A question about : CSA if ex takes Additional Paternity Leave APL

My ex husband is having a baby with new wife. Up until now he has paid CSA calculated amount for our 2 children & spousal maintenance directly to me following court ruling.

With the new system of shared parental leave coming into force in April 2015 if he becomes the stay at home parent on APL (his wife is the high earner) will be be able to reduce his payments whilst on ASPP?

Bracing myself title=Frown

CSA1 Assessment

A question about : CSA1 Assessment

Hi all, new to this forum so apologies if this question has been asked before.

Does anyone know how to work out an assessment on CSA1 rules? Or if I can PM someone who would be able to work it out for me?

Thank you in advance.

suing the csa

A question about : suing the csa

I read this elsewhere on the forum:

The CSA have immunity from criminal liability because its a government agency. Also you cannot sue the CSA because you cannot sue the State.

Is this true?
