Sorry but it's me again with more pesky questions!

I've spent the weekend writing a budget which I can stick to. Just to throw a spanner in the works, my ex has been on the phone wanting to reduce the child maintenance.

A question about : *sigh* csa again...

Hi all, hope you lovely people can answer a question please!!

bit of background, my husband ceased work in april 2010 to care for our children and was classed as 'nil assessment' due to his having no income.
May 2012 we separated, and he claimed income support for approx 3mths while we were apart. In august 2012 we got back together, and I supported us both again with my wage while he cared for our children.

A question about : Joint Custody and Maintainece

I have a friend with 2 kids - both have different Dads
The eldest has no contact with his father but the younger one stays with his Dad 3 nights one week and 4 the next
She gets child tax credits and income support.
Recently the CSA have told the Income Support people to deduct about Ј20 off her Ј55 IS as she has not given them the name of the youngest childs father.

I am wondering if anyone out there can give me help or advice n my situation as this is spiralling out of control and its making myself and my wife ill with worry.

A question about : CSA or whatever they are called now...

Have the maintenance amounts changed recently..?

My ex earns around Ј600 per week. I only get Ј30 by private arrangement at the moment.

I am sick of being taken for a fool and am now going to make things more formal.

I went on the government calculator things and it says the amount should be Ј53 a week..?

She has our child for the summer holidays which if you average it out over a year it falls into the 52 - 103 nights per week bracket.

She also has two other kids living with her.

A question about : CSA Advice needed.

We really need some help. My partner has been paying voluntary contributions since they split up five years ago. They briefly got back together in 2003, this did not work out, and when we got back together she decided out of sheer nastiness to go the CSA.

I am dealing with CSA on his behalf, and have had long conversations this week with them as thay are trying to sort out a monthly figure.

What do the CSA take into consideration? The ex wife is on family tax credit, will her new CSA payment affect this?

A question about : Help with calculating maintenance

Hi I'm after some help with calculating child maintenance but it involving 3 kids and 2 mothers

I come out with Ј1400 per month after tax

I have a private arrangement with my eldest child's mother of Ј120 a month and I have access every other weekend

I now need to work out what I need to pay for my 2 little ones to the other mother, I have them overnight 2-3 times per week

A question about : Csa Problem

Hi

Could someone advise me please? I was receiving CSA money from an ex partner who was working in a factory. The problem is that the factory has been closed down due to unforseen circumstances and the whole of the staff have been made redundant.

Can someone tell me whether this means i will not receive my money anymore until he gets a new job or what? Im really confused and cannot get hold of the CSA. I cannot do without this money at the moment.
