A question about : how much for child maintenence?

Hey guys

If I have a child with an ex. And now how 2 children with my new wife who lives with me. How much on average would I need to pay in child maintained for my child who lives with my ex. He probably stays with me once or twice a week.

My earnings are around 450 pounds gross.

A question about : Child support ending

My husbands son is going to be 18 next month, he finishes education next year. He's been told as he is on CSA 2 that the rules of that scheme mean he stops paying maintenance the September of 2015m he finishes a levels next May but child energies js kay able to the end of Aug/sept of that year.

However it says on the csa website that payments are made until their 20th birthday if in education of a level or equivalent, does that only apply to the new csa claims, or all existing claims??

A question about : Old CSA Case Problem... Help Please

I had a case with the CSA many years ago. The last time I received anything was when my daughter was about 15, she's now 27. I gave up trying to get any maintenance for many reasons and gave up trying to give them info.

A question about : Advice please on formal complaint to CSA

In the middle of June 2014 CSA had a second liability order granted for the sum of Ј9000.
I rang the CSA to be told the liability order will now be sent to the bailiffs.
Early September I rang them for an update only to be told it hadn't been sent to the bailiffs, it was the mistake of the CSA.

I received a telephone call from a complex case worker who said there was no excuses and apologised. I was told the case would be sent to the bailiffs.

A question about : CSA Confusion

Wonder if anyone can shed any light on this please.

Hubby has been paying maintenance for his child (now age 17) for last 15 years. I am not sure what CSA system he is on, he pays the mum direct.

He was last contacted by the CSA about 8 years ago when she wanted a review of his situation. He was told what his payment should be but has constantly since pad Ј40 a month more than the figure they gave him.

I've only just managed to find out why I didn't receive anything in September.Apparently, with the change to the system where parents are now charged,there were a few cases where the system decided not to bother with September leaving 'a few' of us with no payment. Although,I'm surprised there are ' a few' when they had no idea what happened to mine and only started looking last week after I made a formal complaint after being brushed off!

A question about : apprenticeship

I was hoping to get some information on when a child leaves 6th form and starts an apprenticeship.
At this present time we do not know if the course is an approved programme led apprenticeship or a course provided by an employer as part of a job contract.
