My ex girlfriend is on benifits and she has our 2 year old daughter.
My ex girlfriend and I had an agreement what what ever our daughter wanted I would go out and get it for her, little money ever changed hands.

However now the CSA are asking me to pay 15% of my nett income due to her being on benefits.
After doing some maths I feel this is a bit harsh and will not leave me with not much cash at the end of the month 80.00GBP (main part is my fuel bill as I work 40 miles away).

Hi, I'm have just registered and I am new. I wonder if anyone could help. There are a number of issues and my case is very complicated and I need advice on two different aspects firstly:

NRP is the sole director of a limited company, does the old low salary high dividend tax avoidance (it's legal). To avoid corporation tax at year end puts a lot into personal pension from limited company business account.

If your child is 18, on a college courses but claiming esa for herself do you still pay csa. Mother does not get child benefits anymore and child is claiming esa, not the mother

Good afternoon,

My partners ex has declared himself to be only earning Ј160 per week, he pays the mortgage of Ј500 per month on the ex marital home and also has a mortgage on another property.

It has come back saying that due to him paying the mortgage on the ex marital home he only has to pay Ј6 per week for both children.

He earns well over Ј2500 a month but this has not been declared as he has his own business, I do not live in the house I rent myself.

My daughter was recently 17 - and hopefully she's left school and gone on to do her A levels. If so, that's great, am happy to continue paying CSA
