I am so annoyed, I knew it had to be done but forgot all about it. I suddenly realised this morning.

I crossed over on the 15th Feb both ways. I just went on and paid Ј5 anyway but when will I be receiving the charge notice and is there any way out of it?

This time it is PayMyPCN who have left their database wide open.

Cant paste links a newbie but it is on Sky News Website and I suspect most news website soon.

It seems similar to the UKPC farce a couple of years ago. They were keeping the DVLA data link secure with the password 'password'.

it is for Ј100 to be paid by 2nd march.
have also received a final letter today.

do i ignore or do i appeal?

Hi, my husband has recieved a PCN for wait for it... The peel centre!

I'm happy to follow all the steps (did one for myself last year for Liverpool airport) but just wanted a bit of advice. The letter from his car company states they are passing the responsibility to him to deal with so that's not a problem, and they don't seem to have confirmed that he was the driver. I'm allowed to drive the car too so technically they can't.

How do I address this in my appeals? Do I have to admit he was the driver?

I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me who to send any correspondence to in the below letter:

Is it Elite Management (Midlands) Ltd? They put the ticket on the windscreen.

Or is it the company who sent the letter - PCN Admin Centre, ipaymypcn.net?

I've done a search. It's meant to go to the PPC based on the guidelines, but some people have sent letters to PCN Admin Centre?
