Hi, I got a charge reminder from them, no ticket was ever received. I sent the below letter to them, but just got a reply back which I have copied below:-

I have just received the “Overdue Reminder”, I have not received the original charge notice relating to this.

I challenge this 'PCN' as keeper of the car, on these main grounds:

I've read the forum relatively extensively and have no realised ignoring isn't the right way to go now?

Received an NtK on 13th Feb from a ticket on windscreen from 09/01/2015.

This is in a private residential parking plot that I live in. The car was parked in my flats own spot but the car wasn't show a parking permit. This is because i've now applied for a permit twice over the past 3 months for the car and still not received one.

I have been abroad working since February, and I have just come home this last week to find that I have a CCJ on my account. I found out because my bank had sent me a letter informing me they had reduced my mortgage because of it. I have had no letters at all regarding any county court issue.

Finally got my NtK for 'Parking without displaying valid proof of payment'. The driver was parked in a normal bay displaying a blue badge, as there were no disabled bays available.

I am complaining to the hospital as there is so much wrong with their website. I have drafted a letter, but would like the regulars to quality assure it, to make sure I have it right and not omitting any big points?

Hi all,

I have received a parking 'invoice' for parking in a FREE store car park whilst the shop was closed. The most annoying thing about this is that they have a barrier, but they never close it!

I parked there at night (21:00) for 2 hours, the sign read that parking was only allowed when shopping in the store. I have obviously breached this.

A question about : I've been naive and foolish following getting a PCN.

Firstly, I didn't come straight here and get good advice [as I didn;t know it was here ].
Sorry about a long post but would some kind soul experienced in these affairs give me a pointer as to whether I have cooked my goose and should just pay up, or if I can still fight this?
