Smart parking ticket

A question about : Smart parking ticket

I am confused reading previous threads.
I have just recieved a PCN from Smart Parking in Asda.
It includes 2 photos of my car, going in at 9.20am & leaving at 14.14pm. what it doesn't show is me leaving around 9.45am & re-entering at approx 2pm.
How can I prove that I made 2 visits to Asda that day. I was at home attending my 2 disabled grandchildren for most of the day.
Do I ignore or appeal?

APCOA parking charge from Huntingdon station car park

A question about : APCOA parking charge from Huntingdon station car park

On 23rd Dec we parked in Huntingdon station car park at 0930, bought a ticket and set off to London on the train. When we returned in the evening we had a notice on the windscreen offering an opportunity to pay 85 quid, reduced to 50 for prompt payment.

Turns out that the ticket that was bought was an offpeak price of 5 quid, rather than the peak 5.50 one. The expiry printed on it was 0200, sadly around 7 hours before the ticket was actually purchased.

    Car Parking Partnership

A question about : Car Parking Partnership

I've carefully read through loads of the wonderful threads on this forum. Thanks everyone...

I have been issued with a 'Civil Parking Notice' from Car Parking Partnership (CPP) who operate at my employers sites. I have a permit to park but they are accusing me of parking in a restricted area. There is no bays in the car park and they think my car was blocking other drivers which it was not. It's a piece of land and people just park the best they can.

      Help

      A question about : Help

I have to go to court to appeal my car park fine. I have never been to court before and I don't know what to expect. I have to gather my evidence together and submit it to the court. What sort of stuff are they expecting me to submit. All I have is my reasons for why I didn't buy a ticket. Are they expecting more than this?

      Advice re Pofa

A question about : Advice re Pofa

Advice for a newbie please - I have read the stickies!!

A friend received a windscreen notice in October 2014 which was duly ignored.
A notice to keeper was then sent to their address dated and postmarked 61 days later.
Having read the advice I understand that this is outside the 57 day time limit for Pofa to apply (I presume Bank holidays don't affect the calculation)??
I know an initial letter of appeal still needs to be sent to the company but does this need highlighting and what exactly does it alter?

      Thanks

Fighting a PCN when a lease company is the registered keeper

A question about : Fighting a PCN when a lease company is the registered keeper

      Hi,

I've read the newbie's posting and looked at the flowchart regarding fighting a PCN and the term registered keeper is used, particularly regarding the appeals template. The car that is involved is a company car and therefore the registered keeper is the lease company.

Does the appeal have to come from the registered keeper (Leaseplan in the case) or can it come from the main driver?

      Thanks
      Paul
