I hope someone can advise on this as my husband is disabled and received a postal NTK from VCS an IPC member. My husband would struggle to deal with this himself due to his health so I am trying to deal with it.

I had just a few days ago paid parkingticketappeals for help however it seems from their site going missing and the posts on here I have likely lost that money.

I wonder if anyone can help me. I received a 'letter before county court claim' about 2 weeks ago from a company called Parking Eye and is the first notification I've had. They are claiming that I committed a parking infraction in October 2014. There were no prior letters (we have checked everywhere) therefore, I don't know what the offence/infraction was.

Hi Everyone, long time MSE reader but first time poster!

Yesterday whilst visiting a friends flat, I parked in his allocated parking spot in the block of flat's private car park (the block of flats has spaces allocated to residents and then unallocated spaces where a permit must be shown.) I did not display a permit badge as I assumed (probably wrongly) that as it was his designated spot & therefore the tenant has permission to grant parking in their spot.

Hi everyone,

I have an assigned space in a gated (key fob entry) residents car park in the North of England, I have just been issued with a PCN due to the permit not being visible when the warden visited.

The permit is of the thin plastic/vinyl type and was affixed to the windscreen when the car was parked but had become unstuck sometime within the 5 day period before the warden issued the PCN. The vehicle isn't used on a daily basis so this unfortunately went unnoticed.

So, UKPC got booted and ParkingEye (Parking Eye / Parking Spy) have kindly stepped in to take over the supposed 'Parking Management' of Moorgate Retail Park in Bury - the one with Halfords, KFC etc..

Appeal lodged this evening over an overstay PCN via the ParkingEye website, using the lovely template as provided in the Newbie thread.

A question about : Ukcps ntk ias

Hello MSE,

Have read the newbies and it advised posting a new thread showing the NtK for an IAS member. Theres lots of information floating about, mostly about POPLA, but as an IAS member we cant use that route for UKCPS. Has anybody any ideas about what course of action to take?

I have images of the NtK but no idea how to upload them onto here!

A question about : Planning appeals following the Beavis Case

So if PE win tomorrow (I know verdicts not due till March???) where does that leave the whole POPLA GPEOL thing? UKCPM dont bother fighting POPLA appeals from this forum but I suspect they will if PE win I mean how easy would it be to turn round and say well actually.... it is a GPEOL see this case. How would we appeal then?
