A question about : UKPC Parking Charge Letter

please can people advise me on what to do.
i have received a letter from UKPARKINGCONTROL.COM
it is for Ј100 to be paid by 2nd march.
have also received a final letter today.

do i ignore or do i appeal?

  Was there a windscreen ticket?
  Date of letter to keeper?
