Hi, 2 friends of mine had been using a car park all day but as they were in and out all day purchased a new ticket each time they went in. On one of the occasions they went over the stated time. A camera picked it up and a ticket was given. The picture does not show who the driver as on that occasion. What should they do ?

During November & December my husband was in critical care at Sheffield as we were at the hospital for hours on end, day after day we went for food & parked at Broomhill Car Park.

December the 24th I was issued with 7 car parking fines... Parking without purchasing a valid Parking Ticket. You can imagine how upset I was. I found as many of the tickets I had purchased, scanned & presented a blue badge for appeal.

so i've come in today to find a letter with a Ј100 fine enclosed. firstly let me confirm that i have gone through the threads regarding appeals and will be taking this up however i'm not sure if my circumstances are different or if the appeal wording will still apply.
