A question about : Yellow Line Query

Can anyone can tell me if I'm committing an offence if I park my car with the tyres inside the yellow lines but the body of the car over-hanging the lines.I can't seem to find any info in the Highway code or on any of the parking sites.

My Dad parked with his drivers side front wheel on the white line and got a ticket for Ј100 from a company in Birmingham with a very bed reputation (Midway Parks) The local paper,Council etc are always running stories about there abuse/interpretation of private clamping laws,
Anyway he asked my advise and i told him to throw it in the bin as i pointed out how will they chase there unpaid amount when they do not have his address and the only way they could get it was through the DVLA by the reg Number.

A question about : Wrong Date On Fine/ticket

:confused: Can anyone help i stupidly dove my car without wearing sealt belt and was pulled over and given a Ј30 on the spot ticket.the actual date was thursday 6th december however the P.C wrote wednesday the 6th and also crossed out the month november , does this void the ticket ?:confused: only i was laid of work the day b4 and im brassic foy chrisso

My car was moving through a Box junction and I just been sent a fine.
In the first pic im half way in the box and second pic taken 2 seconds later Im out of the Box. :|

Anyone appealed on these? Any help please. Thanks

A question about : Incorrect date on PCN

Hiya all,

Parked in town on Sunday with blue badges as normal on double yellows. Came back to parking ticket because it's now no loading - sign wasn't clear and other people were parked and ticketed.

Thing is, date on PCN is 14/02/08 - what should I do?

A question about : Liverpool JL Airport

I have recently received a PCN from VCS for stopping to pick a family member up. I used the airports free for 20 mins car park but due to family member not getting to the car park in time, I left to go wait outside the airport boundary. On leaving the car park I saw my family member walking towards car park, so I stopped to pick him up. I turned off the main roadway into a another property entrance, not blocking any traffic what so ever.
