A question about : car clamp appeal- can i get my money back?!

Hi,
I wanted to know whether i have grounds to appeal the clamping of my car, and if so, where and how do I appeal.

A question about : Private Parking Ticket

On Saturday, whilst at the match, my car received a parking ticket from a private company called County Parking. It was parked on private land that is a small industrial unit, totally unoccupied on a Saturday afternoon. At the time of parking there, the driver looked for signs but didn't see any. The driver noticed that some parking bays were marked as 'private' so chose one that wasn't.

I have not seen if anyone has posted this before.

The British Parking Association (BPA) has a Code of Practice for issue of

A question about : Speeding Ticket Advice

We were driving past a Gatso on a North Wales road recently. We were driving slowly as we were in an unfamiliar area looking for a place to turn around. We passed a Gatso camera and immediately turned left into a village hall car park .

As we turned into the drive the I remarked that the camera had just flashed, but it couldn't be us.

Today I have received a notice of prosecution saying we were driving at 37mph.

I would like to see the photographs, but nothing on the NIP tell us the process for this.

Hello,

Yesterday i did something stupid and was caught speeding on an effective 4 lane stretch of road by Police speed gun, pulled over went through the offence, breath test etc...
P.C. gave me the option of court or points & fine so took the latter and he wrote out fixed penalty notice slip, hand licence to police station within 7 days and fine to be paid within 28 days.
