Did anything happen as a result of this
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukne...-criminal.html
Best answers:
- Most proberbly NOTHING, the DVLA would sell there grandmothers and mothers just to make a fast buck or two.
- Observices is still in business and still buying personal details from DVLA. Harris is no longer a director but doubtless still heavily involved.
Other criminals to whom DVLA is happy to sell personal details include:
- Peter Delgrosso, director of Auto Security Ltd, who was convicted of racially aggravated assault after clamping a car
- Paul Hodgkiss, company secretary of Car Park Management Services (CPMS) Ltd, who was jailed for false imprisonment of a motorist after towing a car
Joseph Grinion, director of J D Parking Consultants Ltd, who was convicted of offences under the Private Security Industry Act 2001.
These companies are all members of the BPA, Driving Up Standards in the Parking "Profession".
