A question about : Cancelling contract with Anglian windows

My partner decided to go with Anglian windows for double glazing without consulting me after they had harassed us following the sales call. Upon reflection I decided not to go ahead with the windows. I cancelled 12 days after the contract has been signed and their surveyor had not been round yet. They are now billing us for 25% of the windows and that we are in breach of contract. Do I have any consumer rights? Please help..

A question about : Sony Bravia Smart TV

In December 2012 I bought a Sony 32inch Full HD smart TV, model no. KDL-32EX653. I chose this model because the description clearly stated that it had a web browser (Opera). I have used the Opera browser on my PC and found it to work well, especially for video content so presumed that the TV experience would be comparable. Inputting web addresses/search routines with the on screen keyboard is rather time consuming but bearable as it avoids having to put the computer on for what would be just a few minutes at a time.

My boyfriend bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 tablet before Christmas from Curry's whilst they had a Samsung Cashback promotion where you would get Ј50 cashback after buying.

I submitted a complaint on 20 October 2014. I received no response and have had to chase several times. Still no reply. It has been 4 months. The Clinic Manager has fobbed me off and is blocking me from having my complaint looked at by the Director.
