My wife ordered a Dead Sea trial beauty kit and had to pay Ј3.95 P &P - Well thought she had

The company have subsequently helped themselves to Ј57.95 from her bank account.

Have complained to HSBC who have refunded the money while they investigate

I have now been to the company's website

A question about : Envirofone damaged phone?

Hi all

I have just sent a phone off to Envirofone - a Nokia N95 with a value quoted at Ј101. The phone was in perfect condition and working order.

Anyway, the email came through today saying it had been received but had an 'LCD Fault' and they are now only offering Ј30!

There was absolutely no fault with the screen (or any aspect of the phone) when I sent it. So it must have been damaged in transit or Envirofone are trying to scam me?!

A question about : Sports Direct

I ordered a rucksack online at Sports Direct. It arrived and the colour is awful.

So I really want to exchange it for the same item, but in a different colour.

Rather than all the hassle of posting it back to their returns department, is it possible for me to go to their local store and simply exchange it for the same item in a different colour?

Please no replies saying things like probably. I'd appreciate replies only from people who have already done this or have tried to do this in the past. Thanks

A question about : Faulty sofa from furniture village.

Hi all,
We are currently in a dispute with furniture village over a leather sofa we purchased 4 years ago.
About 2 years into it's life the leather started to crack, but we thought nothing of it. then a piece of the leather started to peel off.
At this point we rang funiture village and they sent somebody out to look at it out of courtesy, even tho it is still under warranty. Their guy painted where the leather had peeled and glued down the surrounding areas.

A question about : Tesco Clubcard fraud

Like many people, we accumulate tesco clubcard points with our shopping, and every so often we log onto the website and exchange them for clubcard deals, or print off the the vouchers to use.

We logged on this month to find that Ј160 of vouchers that we were hoping to use at Christmas had been stolen (ie spent) from our clubcard account. It had been spent in two stores in London, miles away from where we live.

Hello I wonder if someone can advise me...

On 21st March I ordered some perfume from from The Perfume Emporium the total amount was Ј46.49, I received an e-mail on 24th March to say my order had been dispatched, I still hadn't got my order by 1st April so decided to send an e-mail this is the reply I received :-

Hello,

I am very sorry that you are still awaiting your order. I am upset that Royal Mail still have not delivered. I can confirm to you that your order did leave us on the 24th March.
