A question about : Returned goods- only received half money back

Hi, i am looking for some help.
My husband ordered an in car stereo/amp system from a website. When it arrived he fitted in and tested it. The quality was terrible and he informed the company that he would like to return for a refund.
They emailed a prepaid postage label and the whole lot was returned. Most of the speakers were not in original packaging although he did inform them of this at the time and it was within 7 days of receipt.

A question about : Sun Holiday Problem

I booked a short break through the Sun Holiday promotion in January.

It was booked online , neither before or during the booking was I aware that I would be charged for a compulsory Facilities pass.

In the booking confirmation I had from the Sun it even states that this is optional , see below

BT shares & ProSearch : I moved house & failed to notify BT. Some 4 years later I recieved a letter with a BT letterhead saying that ProSearch had been instructed to advise me of Ј200 of unclaimed dividends & that to claim these I need simply fill out the form and return the share certificates.

hi all
i signed up for virgin media at the end of january when they were offering me netflix free for 6 months.
when it was installed on 14 feb 15 the engineer told me that it wasnt available that day as virgin send a code out a week later to make sure people dont cancel virgin and get netflix for free.
now today i ask the support how to get it activated and someone called john says its not available.
