Hi, I bought 3 trees from 'Johns Market Garden' , all named varieties so should have been grafted. When the trees arrived none were grafted and so can't be what I ordered.
I emailed them to say I wasn't happy and why 2 days after receiving them but have been ignored ( it's now 6 days after receiving the trees)

A question about : Cancelling a mobile contract within 7 days?

I signed up to a new mobile contract online through Mobiles.co.uk, handset was free and contract is Ј18pm. The phone arrived and the contract started last week, and after using the phone I am not happy with it. It is already struggling to run the apps I've installed, so in a couple of years time performance is going to be woeful. The network operator has also charged me more than the advertised monthly cost for the first month, for no reason (this wasn't because of any additional charges I'd incurred).

A question about : Preloved, not heard from seller

Yesterday I bought a second hand graphics card on Preloved from another member(only just registered), I negoiated a price but as he was based nowhere near me, we agreed he would post it with tracking, he asked for all my details, address, etc and then I sent the money by bank transfer, he said he didn't use E Bay etc.

However, I have heard nothing since then, no PM's not returning my texts asking for clarification, not returning my calls.

Anybody got any horror stories ,looked at others then found some very bad reviews. This company is based in Leeds.

A question about : Foreign body in food!

I recently returned a blue full elastic band (2 long when flattened) to Asda which I had found inside a microwave meal.
Asda's response was to send me a letter of apology and a Ј5 voucher, which I thought was disappointing.
Is this a normal amount to receive in the way of compensation?
