Shortly after signing up I fell pregnant - I wasn't able to do any work during pregnancy as I went through a very tough time.

Hi, I recently bought some chairs from an online shop (not sure if I am allowed to say which) and received them today.

A question about : Studio24 refusing to accept faulty Ipad return.

Hello, hope you're all well.

I bought an Ipad mini in 2013. It's recently started to make awful noises when I'm doing anything that requires sound. It's really tinny and screechy.

I emailed Studio24 and advised them under the consumer law my product is not fit for purpose. They're stating they won't help as I've had I more than 12 months.

Where do I stand and what advice can you offer me.
Which actions I can take if they continue to be unhelpful.

A question about : Agreed to sell car to aggressive buyer

Help please!
I have mental health problems (under care of Psych etc) and as I cant cope with driving and am short of finances, advertised my car for sale. Allowed myself to get hooked by a very aggressive buyer, who persuaded me to sell to him for only half of what I would have hoped to get for it. I suffer severe anxiety and depression and didn't have the strength to get him off my back so to speak- he was relentless with e-mails and texts.

Hi all, apologies in advance for the long post,

around July last year i went to my bank to apply for a loan only to be turned down due to bad credit, i checked my credit file and discovered that there was an agreement from Hitachi Capital of which i had no idea existed.

i have always had an impecable credit file and have never missed a payment on anything.

A question about : HELP NEEDED

Hi I really need some advice.....
Signed up to juice plus last month through my cousin whos a rep.
Basically if you have never heard of them... they take a payment and send out 4 months supply of their product. At month 3 I have the option to tell me rep yes I want another lot or no thanks.

Payment was taken on 29th April and good received.

Logged into internet bankings after bank hol to find that they had taken another lot on 24th May!
