Basically I'm after some advice along the lines of any organisations that may be able to help me with this.

A question about : Credit price for goods more than cash price

Hi thanks for reading, I was doing a small business course a few years ago and was told on it if you offer goods for sale you cannot charge more for it if it is sold on credit than the cash price you are offering it for sale at i.e

If you are selling a TV for a cash price of Ј100 or

if you want it on credit it would be Ј120 plus interest on top of the Ј120 is this right?

A question about : Damaged goods

I am wanting advice in relation to my belongings being damaged whilst in storage by damp and vermin infestation.
I paid insurance to the storage firm alongside my storage fee monthly by direct debit.
My items were in storage for almost 2 years, goodness knows how long the vermin had been in there.

A question about : Selling under false pretences

Hi,

I'm bridesmaid for my friend next year and we had been shopping for our bridesmaid dresses at a local wedding dress store but we hadn't placed any orders. My friend found the dresses she wanted and all 5 of the bridesmaids agreed to pay for our own dress (Ј200 each). The dresses were by a company called Forever Yours Bridal.

I bought a tablet pc from currys yesterday, on the infinity plan that they have going on.

The sales person was really pushing me to get it and I was asking about all the other payment option that were on offer. but he was telling me that this was the best one to go for.

A question about : Need advice on who to sue regarding car with damaged engine

Hi all, I need to take court action relating to my car, I purchased new 5 years ago. The engine is currently being replaced and, although I have good will, I am faced with a 4 figure bill.

Who do I sue, the garage I purchased it from or the finance company? Its all paid off, it was a 2 year 0% term. I used my Mastercard for the deposit. over Ј100.

A question about : Bored of the rings

I was given a palladium ring as a present. Bought from a well known high street jewelrer. It had a band of brushed matte finish round most of the surface in the middle.

Boxed for several months, I actually just wore it for about a week.

After this we noticed the matte finish on the bottom of the ring had worn off and showing plain shiny metal in a small patch. There is no dent or anything.
