A question about : Cheap prepaidm sim card for mobile broadband ?

Anyone know of any cheap prepaid card for mobile broadband, perhaps on Ebay or Amazon?

I think I am searching with the wrong keywords (I used “prepaid internet sim card mobile” and various combinations of these) as what comes up are Ј20 cards or even dongles !

A question about : What's a reasonable time to fix a broadband fault?

I'm having issues with my broadband and BT can't send an engineer for 19days. Is this reasonable?

I read that Ofcom are planning to introduce targets for them of fixing 70% of broadband faults within 2days but this doesn't seem to be in force yet.

As above, it is costing me Ј43 a month for broadband (not infinity), anytime calls, line rental.
I have seen a new offer from Talk Talk which looks cheap, but I am nervous about changing, because the last time was a nightmare.
I am no longer locked into a contract.
Advice please.

A question about : Best basic line rental +unlimited broadband deal

I'm absolutely fed up to the teeth with TalkTalk so am looking for a new deal. (I will also be cancelling my Sky subscription).

I'm not particularly interested in a TV bundle or free calls as I know Sky will eventually offer a 1/2 price deal so am happy to wait for that. We also don't make many calls so just use the bundled minutes on our mobiles.

A question about : MAC code question

Sorry if this is answered elsewhere but couldn't find it using a search.

If I request a MAC code from my current ISP (BT) but end up not switching, are there any charges incurred or would the service just carry on as before without interruption?
