Hi, Ive been irritated by the cost of my land line for some time,for Ј7.60 worth of calls my line rental isЈ69.66 + VAT total bill Ј92.71 (home business line ) , only needed land line for Broadband ,so a couple of days ago I took up an offer with TalkTalk which included line rental and some free calls. Taking my costs down by 50% , so far so good but this morning I had a recorded message from BT saying I might be liable for charges.

A question about : Sky deal, better than 40% !

I just ordered the 40% off deal for my Dad...it seems that the 40% off is much better than it sounds, as if you select the Family package with the Ј125 credit then that Ј125 goes towards your first bills, effectively this means that the first 6 months can be free (19.80 a month ) then only Ј19.80 for the remaining 6 months so the total cost of the family package over a whole year comes to Ј130 including installation...bargain!

A question about : Sky fibre rollout, Portchester

Do we have any Sky engineers listening?

I am fed up with Virgin,and considering options. I need fibre BB, as otherwise I can only get 1 Mbps (Virgin avge 54). Sky keep telling me they are in the area,but have not seen hide nor hair,and I don't believe it.

Does anyone know any facts please?

A question about : talk talk broadband is useless

We recently had a fibre router installed to get a faster service but the opposite has happened the internet is now slower and keeps dropping out saying i have no internet connection tried sorting it out using there support line but problem still there slow internet and loss of connection

A question about : New Build & Openreach Phone / Broadband Connection

I have lived in my property for over 60 days now, without a phone line or the ability to use Broadband.

Has anyone experienced this and how did they get it resolved?

I have had an Openreach engineer out as my Internet provided was told the work was completed they came and left stating there was no connection between the exchange and my property (wires are there just not connected). Now Openreach have pushed back this external work 3 times with there new date another 2 weeks away.
