A question about : BT line repair
Apologies if I'm in the wrong place, but can anyone help please? My son has no line so no access to internet, hence I am posting for him. Two weeks ago his internet access disappeared. He rang BT and they went through some checks with him then said it was a line fault, and said it would be fixed by the 5th. Or if not by the 9th. Still nothing so he rang again and was on the phone for 2 hours - 1 hr 45 was on hold and the other 15 he was being transferred to lots of other people who just get passing him on to others. They haven't even offered to send out an engineer to the house. Does anyone have any suggestions about who/how to contact to get some satisfaction?
Best answers:
- What ISP is he with?
Edit: I should have read the OP and title properly
If the BT company representative below can't resolve the issue, post back and i will give some advise. - If it's a line fault they may not need to send someone to the house.

Thanks
Stuart
