A question about : BT infinity activation/de-activation question

I am thinking of trying the BT infinity deal. I see that there is a Ј49 activation charge (for the engineer to swap over the wires in the cabinet?). If, at the end of the 12 month contract, I want to change back to standard broadband (either with BT or Sky or other) is there any charge or other issue to change back the wiring in the cabinet? Is this likely to cause me any problems when the 12 months are up?

After some advice RE moving home with Talk Talk:

Currently 6months in to a 12 month contract.
'Essentials TV' package - Paying Ј4.25pm for 12 months.
The deal also included a credit for the full years line rental up front.
So all in it's Ј4.25pm, Ј51 total for the 12 months contract.
Fantastic....however I'm now moving house, and in order to do that they want me to sign a new contract....OK that's understandable and I'm sure is in most companies T&Cs.

contacted bt today about and inform them about your deal ( Unlimited Infinity 1 + TV Entertainment)and they say that this as already expired
can you confirm

• Why ring them? The deal has to be taken via the link online to get the cashback. The operator probably wants you to take the service out with them. The link is still live, so it can't of expired.

A question about : new b band contract

Hi all
my existing contract with plusnet runs out on 4th March
I need a replacement.
If I stay with plusnet (they have been ok) I will miss out on other deals plus cashback
I don't want the shopping voucher from talktalk
so it looks like EE or PlusNet
How can I get around lack of cashback if I stay
and
how long does the process take?

A question about : Plusnet Ј75 Cashback via MSE link

In Martin's Cheap broadband article, there is a mention of Ј75 cashback by following the link provided by MSE Ј75 cashback. Provided you've used the link above and not gone direct, you'll get a Ј75 cheque......

However, as Plusnet are already giving Ј75 on their website (even if you go direct to them), does that mean Ј75 via MSE link is on top of Ј75 direct from Plusnet? I'm confused!!!

Can somebody from MSE confirm this please?

A question about : Bt ( what a total rip off company )

hi there, had to contact bt to cancel the phone line account for my grandmother who has had to go into a care home. she's been with them years and years but when I spoke to them today a Ј18.00 cancellation fee will be charged. can't they rip customers off anymore. well angry
