A question about : ESA Severe Disability Premium question

Hi there,

I am on higher rate care DLA and currently live at home with my mum who receives carers allowance for me. This means that although I get the add on 'enhanced disability' amount I don't get the severe disability one.

A question about : Do I have to report mileage for voluntary work to tax credits?

Hi

I have started voluntary work where I get mileage back at 40p per mile. I don't get paid for the work, just mileage (for petrol) and envisage that I would do no more than 50 miles a week.

My hubby works full time and we get working tax and child tax credits. Do I have to report the money I get back for mileage to Tax Credits?

My husband works 40 hours a week at minimum wage. We are entitled to Ј25 a week working tax credits and Ј64 a week child tax credits.

We currently rent privately and receive Ј214 a week Housing Benefit.

We applied for tax credits a long time ago but the process was stalled due to an immigration issue on my part.

My husbands CB ESA runs out in May. Ive tried to find on line the most recent descriptors for applying for income based esa. I think he might only get nine points as some of the things that his condition includes dont seem to be on the form.

For disabled people are Disability Employment Advisers helpful for securing employment (after one has disclosed all the health conditions but found fit for work)?

Question from a newbie - I've received a letter from HMRC/Concentrix about the childcare element of my tax credits, asking for all details about payments, receipts etc from 1/4/14 until 1/2/15.

A question about : Free childcare places for 2 year olds + Tax credits

Hi all my child has just started the free 15 hours childcare place i receive both working tax credit and child tax credit but NOT any child care element.

My child is Only attending for the free 15 hours no more no less so my question is do i need to inform HMRC? do you only need to inform them if you are receiving the child care element ie extra money for child care costs.?

Will taking the free place affect my normal tax credit amount?
