A question about : talk talk broadband is useless

We recently had a fibre router installed to get a faster service but the opposite has happened the internet is now slower and keeps dropping out saying i have no internet connection tried sorting it out using there support line but problem still there slow internet and loss of connection

• How is it slow over WiFi?
  What speed with a direct connection to the master socket .,
  Have you rebooted the router have you used the TT support forum .
• You dont get fibre BB by just upgrading to a fibre router.
  The first week or so on a fibre connection it will drop the line as it builds a profile on your best connection speed.
• Is your computer directly connected to the router via a lan cable? You need to make sure it isnt wobbly wifi and not the line.
  I shall not be bothering with fibre. I have an ADSL line which is running at 6721 KB/S which is enough for me and i pay almost nothing for it save for line rental.
