A question about : 500 Free Tesco Points Worth Ј20 In Deals Vouchers

Update Note 12 July 07: This was in the weekly e-mail last week and according to the feedback (read it below) almost everyone has got their points. If you haven't done it yet, give it a go.

What's the deal?

Tesco is offering 500 clubcard deals (worth £20 in Tesco deals vouchers) if you call it up and ask for a car insurance quote. That's it, you don't actually have to get a policy, just a quote and the points should be credited to your November Clubcard statement.

A question about : Holidaying in the UK

Hi

Hubby and I live with and look after my mother-in-law who is 93. We have regular breaks in England/Wales. Should we buy travel insurance? There is always the chance that we'll get called back if she takes ill and the carer can't cope or if my mother (spring chicken at 85) needs us.

Any help gratefully received.

This, of course, is a sign of the times - the 60+ looking after their parents while also trying to spend time with the grandkids.

A question about : wind/storm blew my ridge tiles and slates

after the wind the snow came in when it started melting my ceilings were pouring with water laminate flooring carpets electrics not working insulation is all wet and a lot of contents are water damaged!

how much would this cost me
and how does the insurance process work

I kept it well maintained by doing the guttering and the roof!
