A question about : Business mobile contract

I am looking to get a mobile through my Ltd co but the deals I've found seem to be aimed at either numerous contracts, or with huge amounts of minutes/data. I just need something along the lines of a normal consumer contract, am I able to get a regular contract phone just in my name but pay for it through my business and expense it?

I am retiring from the public sector after thirty years. My wife and I want to buy a bed and breakfast business. Where should I go for advice? I need to ask questions on:
loans/mortgage.
Tax implications on buying and then selling in the future.
Tax questions in general
Numerous other questions
Is ther a one stop shop like a business advice centre or should I go to a lender then an accountant?
I'm thinking of relocating to Scotland, does this have its own problems/implications.

A question about : HSBC Business Account

Hi all,

Im looking at opening an HSBC business account, can anyone advise on how long it takes roughly for the account to be setup and usable?

Is it quicker to setup and appointment in branch rather than submit it online (which i assume will involve a trip to the branch anyway for ID verification?)

A question about : Started Ltd Company last year

I started a limited company last year (set it all up myself, Ј15 with HMRC) after having been offered some consultancy work, and figured it was the most tax efficient option as my income was likely to be lower than I was used to, but was doing the company I was consulting for a favour - saving ENI etc.
Good intentions and all that.....
Anyway, IR35 aside, there's a few things that I need some general advice on as with my limited income I literally can't afford an accountant.

I'm looking to get a registered office and returns address for an online retail business.

The address would be displayed on my site and would also be the address to which customers would send returns (items of clothing so all small parcel sized)

Hi, hope someone can help with this!

My partner and I live in a flat above a cake shop/cafe. We thought the shop was owned by whoever runs it, but it turns out our landlord does and a sign has gone up in the window this weekend saying the shop is up for rent (A3 restaurant).

We are thinking of retiring & have run our retail/online business for over 30 years. Have now realised we have not thought through our exit strategy!!! Anyone have any ideas how I could get it valued?
