A question about : Nationwide bank charges (6+ years ago)

Hi there - I'm new to these forums but I'm hoping I can get some advice from you

I used to bank with Nationwide and closed my account a few (more than 6) years ago.

A question about : Bank-smart now charging me!

Two and a half years ago (Jan '07) I engaged a company called Bank-Smart to reclaim my bank charges.
I now know I could have done this myself but I find this sort of thing difficult and this company were doing it for 10% of the charges which is a lot less than some companies were charging at the time.

A question about : help please! not sure how much I have to claim back..

I have recently had to go into debt management (won't bore you with my sob story) but i am hoping to claim back some charges from my natwest account.

I am filling out the template letter provided on this website and there is a section to provide how much you would like to claim back, but i don't actually know how much i was charged? I can no longer access the account as I have gone into debt management and the account is now part of that. Is there a way I can find out the totals?

A question about : Issue with neglected Natiowide joint account

I held a joint account with my partner at the time. She was able to access this account through using existing Nationwide internet banking login details, and we opted for paperless billing.

A question about : Ј10 SAR fee?

I am looking into all previous credit cards and store finance, and want to see a list of charges for these. Do I have to send the Ј10 SAR fee if I only want to see a copy of charges to my account, rather than the endless statements?
I have quite a few and don't want to pursue futile claims.
