Reclaim Bank & Credit Card Charges

A question about : Charge for copies of my bank statements

I was doing my online tax return a couple of weeks ago and logged into my Smile current account to print out my year's bank statements only to find that they only allow you access to the past 12 months of statements. That meant that I couldn't print out about 7 months woth of statements. Smile customer services said that they charge Ј10 per each statement they send me. Is that allowed?

A question about : Reclaiming PPI on Joint Accs/Loans where former Partner Deceased

Can anyone advise me if I can reclaim PPI on joint accounts & credit cards held with a former partner who is now deceased. I have all paperwork/we were never married/we have a daughter who received payouts for 3 Insurance policies into an Estate account opened for this purpose then subsequently closed...didn't consider PPI reclaiming at the time.

Hi all,

Just wondering if it is worth trying to reclaim charges from my vanquis credit card . The charges would probably all be Ј12 ones over the last 3 years or so. Has anyone had any success lately with Vanquis? Had a look around the site and cant really find much up-to-date reclaiming attempts or successes (could just be me being stupid lol)

I would like to reclaim my bank fees as I am sure I was mis-sold after reading Martin's guide.

The only problem is I can't open the template letter due to not having Word.

Can anyone copy and paste it for me please?
