A question about : Going to Court Today

Hi,
My court date is for today and am taking to Barclays to court for Ј400.
Will Barclays turn up in court, Do i have to say anything,
If barclays don't turn up, will I win by default?
They have entered a defence,

A question about : Quick bit of advice needed on MoneyClaim!

Hi, first time I've posted so i'm bound to be hopeless - sorry in advance!

I'm filling out my Money Claim form and I'm writing the particulars of the claim - basically I need someone to read it & tell me it's not total rhubarb - and there's a bit I don't get. This is what I've got so far:

A question about : Reclaim bank charges

I have 7 bank accounts / credit card accounts that I intend to claim the charges back from.

2 of the credit card accounts have been closed.
2 of the bank accounts are business accounts and have been closed.

Does this matter? I presume the banks keep the records, and the the charges can be claimed on the information they hold?

hope it ok to start this new thread here ... hope somebody in the know will move it if not!

after a successful day today ( won a DLA appeal) a huge weight has lifed from my mind (it has been dragging on for 14 months!) - I now feel ready to take on the next annoying thing on my list of things to do....

at the beginning of the year, I made a rather half-hearted claim to Lloyds TSB for unfair bank charges of around Ј1200.

im just wondering....

can you claim back unfair bank charges even if the account are now closed?

A question about : Northern Bank

Just wondering does anyone know if this is right

I've asked Northern Bank for my statements for 6 yrs (for bank charges) and they are telling me they will get me the 1st 2 yrs for Ј10 and will then charge me Ј6 per sheet after that, is this right or is it not Ј10 for the whole lot under the data protection act
