First of all I apologize for my bad english as it's not my first language.

A question about : Charging banks daily interest on unfair interest on overdraft

I'm in the process of writing a letter to my bank for a refund on unfair interest charges on my overdraft going back 6 years.

I have been informed by a PPI company that I would be entitled to charge a daily interest rate for the length of time they've had my money not just an 8% statutory rate.

A question about : Citi Bank Credit card

Received my DSAR from CitiFinancial re; platinum credit card taken out in 2003. received copies of statements and original application form, which includes a ticked box for Cardholder Repayment Protection which statements show I paid an average of Ј20 per month , is this the same as ppi? I cannot remember asking for this.
What do I do now??

the statements also shows numerous Late Charges and Overlimit Charges for Ј20 a time. Also, Ј5 charges for cash advances.
Many advice would be welcomed.

A question about : Accounts over 10 years old

Hello all

I'm considering claiming PPI on a mortgage, store cards and credit cards I have held previously but they were all over 10 years ago and I have no details of who they were with, account numbers etc.

I've looked in to having a credit check done but so far it appears that that would only give me up to 6 years of information and the PPI I would like to claim back is from well over 10 years ago.

Is there any other way to find out who these companies were?

My Husband and I have had several loans and HP agreemnets since we married in mid 1970s.
My husband signed most of the agreements but has died in 2009.
I now have no details of these multiple agreements. I have applied for my credit score in an attempt to find any loans attributed to me but how can I claim on the multiple agreements signed by my deceased husband?

I had a morgage with the NaPi in 1991 a yr later I took a home improvement loan out over 10yrs I sold the house in 1999 and with the profit the then abbey national took out what was left on the loan,I know I paid ppi on the loan and have been self employed all my working life,would I have a case to claim the ppi back ??
