A question about : Tips for my cat?

Any tips for flea control? (Haven't the foggiest where he even got them from! :confused: ) I bought an expensive flea collar, but that doesn't appear to have done any good + commercial flea powder. Any EO that might help or other homemade remedies?

He is an indoor cat (no debating that please) and this is his first summer with us. I need advice/tips on how to cope to prevent him escaping when windows/doors need to be open for air :confused:

A question about : Picky pregnant cat

I have a young cat who is pregnant. The kittens are due in around ten days. She has always been a picky eater and very slender. She is pure white and fine boned so may have some oriental blood in her. She ate well at the start of the pregancy but is now eating just under half a tin of felix/whiskers a day plus a small bowl of dried 'whiskers complete'. She will also eat some roast chicken, roast beef , salmon or tuna. I have been a bit nervous about giving her too much of these as I know cat food contains a balance of minerals.

Owner of 2 cats wonders whether anyone has any recommendations. Not too bothered about having adverts when they go missing. Would just like a no-frills policy that covers vet's bills.

A question about : Help needed to fatten up dog

An odd one this. We recently got a dog 2 yr old Pyrennean Mountain dog from a rescue centre. Its a proper pedigree etc, but was returned to the kennels by the original purchaser, after a marriage break up.

The dog is underweight, but I can't get her to eat much. You would think a dog that normally weighs 8 stone might eat the house up?

It would seem that the previous owners may have fed her chips and stuff as she won't eat dog food, but will eat table scraps.
