Can I give my Mum's house to her grandaughter bypassing me, in such a way that she can be the owner but I benefit from any rental income?

A question about : Can Letters of Administration be viewed?

Apologies, I have tried to search, both here and on the web but can't seem to find the answer to what seems to be a simple question!

Is it possible to view the letters of administration for a sub Ј5000 estate? or does the small nature mean that it doesn't need to be registered somewhere? The deceased lived in England.

I just found out on Facebook that my dad has died. Newspaper article looking for next of kin.

I hadn't seen or spoken to him for about 6years, since my mum died because he mentally abused us both.

A question about : Sale of property

MIL passed away at christmas and most of the estate has been divided as per her wishes.

Question is regarding the house

Her will stated that it was sold as soon as possible and the proceeds divided amongst all five children equally

Two of the children were named executors

A question about : Average time for a bank to send the final statement of accounts?

I'm currently going through the process of valuing my mothers estate, as part of my application for probate. But one bank in particular (the Co-Op) seems to be taking a long time to send the final statement of accounts. Is two weeks an exorbitant amount of time to be waiting for it? Her building society sent it (unsolicited) within 1 day?

My Father passed away this week and has left no will.

He had moved into a sheltered housing complex so I had just started the process of selling his flat as per his wishes (I had Power of Attorney)

I told the estate agent of my sad news and they said We won't be able to market the property until your dads estate is finalised and the property is transferred in accordance with his Will
