A question about : PIP "Medical re-assessment" when initial PIP award ends ?

Hi all

I was awarded PIP sometime ago, following a medical assessment with Atos, to October 2015.

Assuming my medical condition remains the same, does anyone know if I will need to attend a further medical assessment ?

A question about : Has your condition worsened? (DLA)

On Monday, in many areas, a report of a worsened condition will lead to an automatic request to change over to PIP - not a change of circumstances for DLA.

Even if you are not concerned that under PIP, your new award may be less, the migration to PIP means that any fresh award takes effect around 4 weeks after the decision on your PIP claim.
It is not backdated.
As claims are taking at best several months to process, you could easily lose substantially by not reporting a change now.

A question about : Forgot to tell tax credit about new job?

Please don't shoot me, I know it's really bad. I started a job last September, and I completely forgot to tell the tax credit office.
I was earning under Ј5000 p/a, but have now been promoted and will be earning more. I was just looking at the HMRC page to see what to do about telling them, and realise I should have told them back in September. I am scared I am going to get a fine or worse .
Does anyone have any advice?

Can anyone tell me if the board money is taken into account as income for a Working Tax Credit claim.

A question about : No sick pay

Hi

I have a longstanding health condition (depression & anxiety), which means I have exceeded the 3 month limit of sick days I can have off at work with pay. I've had quite a bit of time off in Jan and Feb this year, and because I'm now not getting paid for those days, I've been told I'm only going to get around Ј50 paid this week for this month's pay (when it's normally around 1300!)
