A question about : What do we loose

Hi everyone, my husband and I are currently on benefits he receives ESA in the support group with the disability premium. he gats PIP at the high rate for care. I receive PIP at the low rate for care and Carers allowance for my husband. My mother has passed away and left me Ј60,000, can anyone tell me which benefits will be affected.

A question about : Compliance ...new baby!

Hi I wonder if anyone can advise on this please?
My daughter has received a Compliance Interview letter from the local Jobcentre and we are wondering if this is because she has recently had a baby?
My daughter lives with me as my Carer so even with my new grandson she is able to fulfil her 35 hours caring for me.
Last year she gave up her council property to move in with me with her 9 year old son , she had no idea she was pregnant at that time..certainly had no plans to have any more children.

if you qualified for the warm home Ј120 fuel rebate discount this year(2011/12)a reminder that unless you qualified automatically then you will have to re-apply for 2012/13(Ј130)

the scheme runs for 4 years,and has to be applied for each year,so after april 6th 2012 contact your supplier to register again.

all payments for 2011/12 should be made before the end of march,and if it puts your account in credit you can ask for a refund,or lower monthly direct debits if you prefer

A question about : ESA & Tax credits question

Hi there, new to the forum.
Just wondering if someone could help me with the following.
My husband claims ESA income related and DLA and I am on his ESA claim also.
I am considering starting a self employed business and with that potentially claiming working tax credits.
With doing this id obviously be removed from the ESA claim.
But would my partner be then re-allowed his disability premium on his ESA which was removed when I was added to his claim.

hi. friend just asked for paper hearing appeal .how long it takes? months?? her reconsedration only gave her 4points for care and 10points for mobilty.she not happy with daily living.
