A question about : Childcare Vouchers Payment Error!

Hi, new to the forum with a question I need some help with - any advice welcomed!

My wife and I claim childcare vouchers through salary sacrifice. We're both teachers and my wife was previously paid by the Local Authority (Warwickshire) until August 2013 when she moved to another school.

A question about : Housing Benefit!

Hi all

i recently had a baby and phoned tax credits and housing benefit to let them know,

i have just recieved 2 letters from Housing benefit

1 saying that my entitlement had gone up and im now entitled to
Ј331 every 2 weeks and my first payment will be on 10th Jan,

the second letter says im now entitled to
Ј255 every 2 weeks and my first payment will be on 26th jan!

i recieved a payment on 10th Jan but this was only for Ј67

A question about : Impact of back pay on childcare credits

Hi, I'm looking for any information/advice at all on a situation that's causing me sleepless nights.

I work full time with one child in full time childcare and have done for the last three years. I earn too much to get much working families tax credits but do receive the childcare element. This extra help is the buffer zone between working with my head held high and having to access a food bank. My budget is extremely tight so I am so grateful for this help.

A question about : Income support disregarded earnings

Hello,
I've had a letter from JS this morning regarding my IS and I've noticed that my small private pension of Ј12 a week is being deducted. I thought that there was an income disregard? Ј20 in case of disability?
Does anyone know if pensions are exempt from this disregard - before I go calling them and get fobbed off.
I'm a single mum with a disability and get the disabled and severely disabled premiums.

A question about : Deposit for Private Rental

Hi

I am currently receiving ESA and have been staying with my cousin for the last few months but her and her partner have split up and I have nowhere to go. I am staying with various friends and family at the moment. I have found a property which would be covered by housing benefits but I don't have the deposit. Is there anything I can do? The deposit, administration fee and application fee add up to Ј912.

Please help its urgent
